PRODUCTION

Our Fine Art framed canvas prints are printed using a Giclée process.

This process allows for a wide color gamut to ensure that prints are as close to the original artwork as possible.

As the brightness and resolution of each screen is different, there may be a slight variation in color in some cases.

If you have a non-standard size frame or If the size you wish to print is not included in our shop,

 please contact us prior to purchase to ensure that the print can be enlarged to your desired dimensions.

Please allow 5-7 business days for production, after which your order will be ship.

All of our Fine Art Canvas are made to order.

*As processing begins at the time of order, we are unable to accept cancellations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders delivered to the Continental US and Canada.

If you are looking to ship outside of America and Canada, please contact us.

Once an order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

You will be able to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. 

Depending on your location and product ordered, your order may ship with UPS, USPS, Canada Post or Purolator.

Delivery times vary based on location. Standard delivery is 8-10 business days but is subject to change without notice.

Import duties tax rate

Customer is responsible for all import duties tax rates and tariffs that may be charged when the article passes through customs. when your ordered arrive in your country, you must pay taxes.

we advise you to familiarize local tax regulations, tax rates and tariffs before ordering.

shipments that go unclaimed or refuse by custom, are returned to our facility and customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment ,import duties and taxes,

Original paintings – purchase is final – order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged product during shipping:

On rare occasions, products may be damaged during shipping. If this happens,

 your product will be reprinted and shipped to you free of charge.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part

 will be handled at our expense and we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order.

Returning instruction:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted immediately

Please submit a problem report by following the instructions to our Customer service by E-mail indicating:

After receiving our confirmation for a return, you will receive authorized RMA No. and shipping instruction.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please Note:

For packages lost in transit: all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks, 

after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address : in case o  providing  an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, 

the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs

 once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed : Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and Customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language,

 regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

 *For fine art frame canvas prints only -We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.

You should submit an order cancellation request by email to our customer service, once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours-of purchase but not been manufactured or shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request, since this a custom product, if the orders have been shipped or manufactured.
